Who we're looking for
We welcome mentors from all industries and career stages — from early-career professionals to senior executives. What matters most is your commitment to showing up and your genuine interest in Arab youth development.
- 5+ years of professional experience in any field
- Commitment to 2–4 hours per month for the cohort duration
- Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
- Genuine interest in Arab youth development
